customers; our customer service is a bench mark standard that makes
the customer feel extremely valued and rightfully the most important
person. We only offer what you the customer needs, not what is best
and easy for the training provider (in some of our competitor’s
philosophy).
We listen to your needs and make the training unique for you,
complementing this is our competitive low cost approach without
compromise on high standards and content.
We will only use the best trainers in the industry who pass our strict
quality control procedures; we require trainers to have a wide range
of experience and provided the exception references from customers and
employers.
You expect high standards of customer services and value for
money; we make it our business to do so.
Company History
1996 a sole trader set up what is now UK First Aid & Safety Training Ltd.; the company
original looked after about 100 plus local children/adults at a swim
school. After 2 years of growth at the swim school the proprietor
applied in 1998 to become HSE approved for first aid at work and was
successful.
Since 1998 the business has grown and a fast rate we have a very
comprehensive portfolio of training and a vast range of highly
satisfied customers about 97%. The Company was formed in 2005 and we
now offer the following training packaged on a national basis.
